Below are the consideration requirements for group leaders.  If you meet these requirements, and believe God is calling you to step up into Growth Group leadership, please visit the link below to apply.

TIME COMMITMENT:

• One Semester

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a member of Heritage Church. 
• Must have been a member of a previous growth group. 
• Must be willing to attend group leaders training. 
• Must be committed to raising new leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pray for group members each day. 
• Facilitate group discussion once a week. 
• Meet with team leader once a month. 
• Recommend at least one new leader from current group once a semester.
