Families are an important part of God's plan.
What do you look for when you search for a church?
Is the Children's Program a primary focus? If the kids don't like it,
you don't come back? We feel that is important too - very important. Children should feel loved and cared for, feel safe and have
interesting things to stimulate their minds and bodies. First and
foremost, we desire to bring children to a place of close fellowship
with Christ. We strive to do that in several ways; hands on Bible experiences where puppets, drama and activities center around the
story lessons for the day, Music that lifts their hearts to love God and
moves their feet to express that joy, Crafts and Play Time that reinforce
the theme of the day. When your child leaves their class on Sunday,
we want to know we have done all we can to help them remember
what they have learned so they can practice it during the week with
their family and friends.
Our Values
Children Matter to God - They are special to Him and need to be
accepted and loved at all times.
Children Need Loving Relationships - We want to build meaningful relationships through which spiritual information is communicated in
a loving and caring way.
Children Need Age-Appropriate Applications - We are dedicated to
showing children how the principals of God's Word can be applied to
their own daily lives.
Children Need Creativity and Fun - We will present the truth of God's
Word through methods which are consistent with how children
think and learn.
Children Need a Safe and Healthy Environment - Our volunteers
are screened and trained to provide an atmosphere that is
attractive, safe and healthy.
Our Goal
Our goal is to support the family in building a spiritual foundation in
each child. We do that by providing a safe, fun and nurturing
environment where nursery through 5th grade kids can grow
spiritually, develop quality values and make lasting friendships.
Warm, caring leaders provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere
where children can experience God at their own levels.
JAM'N BABIES
JAM'n Babies is our nursery program that allows parents to be a part
of our worship service without having to worry about their children.
We serve families by providing safe and adequate child care. The
ages of this class are newborn to 2 years.
JAM'N TODDLERS
JAM'n Toddlers is for children who are 2-3 years of age. Activities
are geared to that age level and include lively music with lots of
motion, a simple Bible story that introduces them to God and His
son Jesus and playtime that varies from organized to free play.
JAM'N JUNIORS
JAM'n Juniors is our preschool class that is for ages 3 years -
Pre-Kindergarten. The focus of this class is to begin building a
foundation of simple Bible truths within their hearts and minds
that will help them to discover who God is. Upbeat children's
music and crafts are part of the fun.
JAM'N KIDS
Our Children's program meets every Sunday at 10:15 a.m. in the
music room. This program is for Kindergarten through 5th grade.
JAM'n Kids is a great way for your children to learn about who God
is in a fun and exciting way. Through the games, song time, and the
lesson - which may include puppets and drama, we strive to help your children discover the love and purpose that God has for each of them.
